CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you cancel 6 weeks ahead of your camp start date, you will receive a refund of your payment, less a €25 processing fee for each session cancelled
• If you cancel  up to 2 – 5 weeks prior to your camp start date, you will receive a 50% refund (less the €25 processing fee) for each session cancelled.
• No credit or refunds will be provided if you cancel less than 2 weeks of your camp start date
